These terms govern the contract between you (the "Customer") and DSNCON GmbH("we", "us", or the "Provider"), Kloetzlmuellerstrasse 43, 84034 Landshut, Germany, registered at the District Court of Landshut under HRB 8975, VAT ID DE309392498.

klaw is a SaaS platform that provisions AI agents for each Customer on isolated Kubernetes infrastructure. Each agent receives a cryptographic identity (DID) registered with the MolTrust protocol and has access to a catalog of LLM models via a metered proxy.

The service is offered in tiered subscription plans (Free trial, Solo, Duo, Team, Pro, Business, Enterprise) described on klaw.dsncon.com/pricing. Features included per plan are specified there and form part of this contract.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are quoted in EUR exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated; applicable VAT is added at checkout via Stripe Tax based on your billing country.

Each subscription includes a monthly LLM-usage budget and a cap on the number of agents, both described on the pricing page. Usage beyond the included budget is drawn from optional top-up credits purchased separately at /billing. Top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase.

Free-trial plans do not require payment and run for 14 days. Paid plans continue monthly until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal, accessible via /billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the service remains available until then. We do not refund pro-rated fees for partial months.

Statutory right of withdrawal (consumers only, 14 days): if you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract from the day of conclusion. To exercise, send an informal email to info@dsncon.com. If you have already actively used the service during this period, we may charge a proportionate fee for actual usage.

You may not use klaw to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, phishing content, or infringing material.
• Generate content that is illegal in Germany or the EU (CSAM, incitement, etc.).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to klaw's systems, other customers' agents, or the underlying hosts.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Use the service to make high-risk or safety-critical decisions without a qualified human in the loop (see EU AI Act obligations).

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. If the violation is illegal, we are obliged to cooperate with competent authorities and to preserve relevant evidence.

You retain all rights to data you upload or generate through klaw ("Customer Data"). We process Customer Data solely to provide the service and according to our privacy policy.

We treat Customer Data as confidential and do not sell, lease, or share it with third parties except with the sub-processors listed in the privacy policy and when required by applicable law.

LLM-generated outputs are produced by upstream AI providers (currently Fireworks AI) at your request. You are responsible for validating outputs before acting on them. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose.

On all non-Enterprise plans, klaw is offered on a best-effort basis without a formal service-level agreement. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where feasible. Enterprise customers may negotiate a formal SLA in a separate agreement.

We are liable without limitation for damages arising from intent or gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breach of material contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment is essential to the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the Customer may regularly rely), and in that case only to the extent of foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

In all other cases liability is excluded within the limits of applicable law. Liability under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected.

We may modify the service (features, models, infrastructure) and these terms with 30 days' written notice, sent to the email on your account. If a change materially disadvantages you, you may terminate the affected subscription as of the effective date of the change at no cost.

The klaw software, brand, and documentation remain the property of DSNCON GmbH or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription. No other rights are granted.

This contract is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict-of-laws rules. For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Exclusive place of jurisdiction for merchants, legal persons under public law, or special funds under public law is Landshut, Germany.
